Predicting the weather in the easiest of locations has never been straightforward. When you look at the complications of forecasting for Italy - a narrow, mountainous peninsula stretching more than 1000 miles from the Alps almost to Africa - the difficulties become even more apparent. Hot Saharan winds and icy blasts from northern Europe, warm coastal breezes and the towering Appenines all help to throw the most careful predictions into disarray.
Bearing this in mind, we would invite you to take any Italian weather forecasts (especially long term ones) with a pinch of salt. That caveat aside, we can assure you that the forecasts on www.italy-weather-and-maps.com come from one of Italy's foremost meteorological companies, and, if not cast in stone, at least offer a reasonable prediction of future weather conditions.
In particular, our detailed predictions (we offer weather forecasts for all of Italy's 103 provinces) and our frequent updates (up to six a day) are enough to give us confidence that the service we offer ranks with the best available. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility or liability if things don't turn out just as predicted - pack a jersey just in case!
